Location to airport

The air con was not working and even though we told them on the first night they were still trying to tell us it will turn on on the 2nd night which it didn’t and it was 31 degrees Non smoking room was full of smoke Toilet was blocked

Disappointing

They gave the same room for two guests by mistake so at 2 am I was shocked by someone trying to enter my room . Then the receptionist tried to call the room investigate at 2:30 am .

Cleanliness and bed was comfortable

As I was first time visitor to the city there was no response from the staff regarding how to reach the hotel from the airport.Staff didn’t even reply to my mail and messages sent through booking.com. I was even ready to pay the taxi if they arranged a taxi for me from the airport.

Transfer to aeroport is available until noon, in afternoon there is no transfer organized by hotel. Just local taxi.

- Location near Jinan airport- Kind staff in the restaurant was helping us to buy medicine.

- My colleague can smell smoking odour in the room although we booked for non-smoking room. Then need to find new room for 5 times. - Someone was trying to go into my colleague room in the late night. - Bad receptionist

A great thanks to the Breakfast team, these ladies were absolutely amazing and helpful, very friendly especially Tung-mei and Wang fang-mie not sure if the spelling is correct. Also, Mr Charming Yang were very helpful and friendly and even arranging after hour taxi for me. Well dune team... I would have loved to have a fridge in the room, as my water were always warm...

Liked the amassing breakfast and the fact that I could wash my clothes after hours and not having to deal with a suitcase full of dirty clothes.

Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. All staff in the hotel courteous and very helpful often going the extra distance with things like booking taxis and assistance with airline reservations.

The room smelled bad, it made it hard to sleep

The room smelled horribly of cigarette despite being non smoking, there were cigarette butts near the elevator and very ill mannered guests.

Very friendly staff, eager to assist the requests; especially the gentleman who picked me up from the airport and helped me with the luggages.

The room was comfortable with suitable space. The large double bed had a good mattress and options for pillows. The shower was spacious and had good pressure. The lunch was good and for a reasonable price.

Food is the best part of my stay in the hotel! They are delicious, and the staff is super helpful and friendly!

If they offer 24 hours service to pick up customers from airport, that will be even better!

The bed was comfortable

The room smelt like cigarettes. The staff were a little unhelpful one even gave me the wrong change. 50c instead of 5 yuan. Because I wasn't used to the money.

Chinese hospitality is definitely one of the best in the world - I wasn't expecting it. The staff are lovely and dedicated to their jobs; I wish all hotels could follow the same example.
